  1. 01

    Create your campaign

    Dashboard

Name your campaign, add your product, target market and platform.

    • Each campaign has its own brief, scores and drafts.
    • Add your funding goal and average pledge in USD.
  2. 02

    Set your dates

    Overview

Enter your prelaunch and launch dates to get your dated Launch Checklist.

    • Tick tasks as you finish them.
    • Overdue tasks turn red.
    • Launch Tuesday to Thursday at 10 AM US Eastern.
  3. 03

    Write your brief

    Product

Describe your product, audience, price, proof, factory and markets. Better facts give better drafts.

    • Write only what is true today.
    • Don't enter secrets or other people's personal details.
  4. 04

    Get your scores

    Product

Run Market Data first, then Readiness. Review each suggested score, then confirm it yourself.

    • Current shows where you stand today.
    • Potential shows what you could reach after a readiness phase.
    • Answer the Raise your score questions, then rerun Readiness.
  5. 05

    Plan your budget and profit

    Budget

Enter your target ROAS, answer the education question, and adjust your split between KS followers and reservations.

    • 3x to 4x is the usual ROAS default.
    • Upload a forwarder quote and enter your packed weight, including the carton.
    • Check your profit per unit.
  6. 06

    Create your campaign work

    Create

Run the agents to draft your ad strategy, page, creative, emails and press.

    • Use Competitor Ad Research with 5 to 10 real ad screenshots.
    • Open Preview pages to see your prelaunch and campaign pages.
    • Approve, reject or download each draft as a PDF.
  7. 07

    Track your prelaunch

    Launch

Add your weekly numbers or upload a Meta Ads export, then check your results to see your next step.

    • Follower cost: under 2.5% of AOV is good, and over 5% is bad.
    • Aim for CTR of 2.5% and page conversion of 5%.
  8. 08

    Track your live campaign

    Launch

Once live, enter your totals to see funded %, ROAS and your next step.

    • Aim to fund within the first 3 days.
    • Exclude people who already pledged from your ads.
  9. 09

    Ask when you're stuck

    Help

AI PrelaunchGO answers from Bluum's Playbook and your campaign. You can also request Bluum's help with a shout-out or shipping.

    • Ask specific questions, such as: is my follower cost good?

FAQ

Why can't I use my account yet?

The Bluum team approves each new account. You'll be able to start once yours is approved.

Can I publish a prelaunch page here?

Yes. Run Page Builder, click Publish page, fix anything flagged, and publish. Your dashboard then shows visits, sign-ups, traffic sources and your email list. Deposits are in test mode for now, so no real money moves. No product yet? Leave Product blank and use Product Sourcing.

How long does an agent take?

Most take under a minute. Research agents can take up to about two minutes, so keep the page open.

Why is my score low?

Scores need evidence. A thin brief scores low because the agent can't assume what isn't written. Add real proof, then run Readiness again.

Why is an agent locked?

Most agents wait until you confirm your scores. Budget agents also need a funding goal, average pledge and target ROAS.

What does [NEEDS PROOF] mean?

A claim has no evidence yet. Don't publish it until you can prove it. [NEEDS INPUT] means a fact is missing.

Do the agents publish or send anything?

No. Everything is a draft for you to review. Nothing is sent, posted or published.

Is the Launch Checklist fixed?

No. Dates are a guide worked out from your prelaunch and launch dates. Adjust them to suit your product.

Can the app read Meta Ad Library by itself?

No. Meta blocks automated access. The app gives you a link, and you upload screenshots of the ads.

Are my uploaded files stored?

Forwarder quotes and Meta exports are read in your browser and the files aren't stored; only the results you save are kept. Ad screenshots are sent to the AI service for that run and aren't stored.

Which currency should I use?

Enter your average pledge in USD, because the budget routes use USD limits. Shipping prices follow your forwarder's quote.

How many agent runs do I get?

It depends on your plan, and your plan shows your usage on the dashboard. Rerunning an agent uses another run.

Who can see my campaign?

You can. The Bluum team can also review your account, campaigns, chat questions, feedback and usage, such as active time and agent runs, to run and improve the service.

How do I delete my data?

Email hello.morphbrand@gmail.com and we'll help.
