PrelaunchGo is run by Bluum Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. It helps creators prepare, launch and fulfil crowdfunding campaigns. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. Our Meta (Facebook) app is registered under our related company, Scube Gift Pte Ltd. Questions: hello.morphbrand@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, a scrambled copy of your password, and how you use the app, such as agent runs, chat questions and feedback.
• Your campaigns: product details, briefs, pages, AI drafts and the numbers you enter.
• People who visit a creator's page: emails of people who sign up, reservations, survey answers, and store orders with shipping details.
• Backers a creator uploads: names, emails, rewards, survey answers, addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers if the creator asks for them, and tracking numbers.
• Meta ad results: if you connect your Meta ad account, we read your ads, spend and results. Access is read-only, so PrelaunchGo can't change or create ads. Your Meta access is stored encrypted.

Who decides about backer and buyer data

Creators decide who they invite, survey and sell to, and they're responsible for that data. PrelaunchGo stores it for them and only uses it to run their surveys, store and deliveries.

How we use it

• To run the app: your pages, surveys, store, payments, emails and reports.
• To write AI drafts. What you type into a campaign is sent to Anthropic's Claude to write drafts. Backer and buyer names, emails and addresses are not sent to the AI.
• To support you and improve the app. The Bluum team can review account activity for this.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use Meta data for anything except showing you your own results.

Services we use

• Vercel hosts the app, and Neon stores the database.
• Stripe handles payments. Card details go to Stripe, never to us. Money goes to the creator's own Stripe account.
• Resend sends survey, order and tracking emails.
• Anthropic writes AI drafts.
• Meta, only if you connect your ad account.

These services may store data outside Singapore.

Cookies

We use one login cookie to keep you signed in. A creator's page may also use the Meta pixel or Google Analytics if the creator turns them on, and the page says so.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is open. Creators can delete all backer data from the Pledge Manager at any time. Ask us and we'll delete your account and its data.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello.morphbrand@gmail.com.
• Unsubscribe from a creator's emails by replying to them or emailing the creator.
• Disconnect Meta at any time. See Delete your data.
