These terms cover your use of PrelaunchGo, run by Bluum Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello.morphbrand@gmail.com.

Your account

Keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under it.
Trial accounts have usage limits, and the Bluum team approves new accounts.

AI drafts

Agents write drafts. They can be wrong. Check every draft before you publish, send or spend money on it. We don't promise any funding, sales or advertising result.

Money and fees

Payments go to your own Stripe account. You're the seller, and you handle delivery, refunds, disputes and your own taxes.
PrelaunchGo takes a fee on each payment, deducted by Stripe: 3% on Pledge Manager payments and 4% on store product sales, with no fee on store shipping. Stripe's own fees apply too.
Plan prices and fees are shown in the app and may change with notice.

Fair use

Only email people who agreed to hear from you, or backers about their own reward.
Only upload backer data you're allowed to use, and follow Kickstarter's and each platform's rules.
Don't sell anything illegal, copied or unsafe, and describe your product honestly.
We can pause an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

Connected services

Stripe, Meta, Resend and other services have their own terms. Meta access is read-only, and you can disconnect at any time.

Limits

PrelaunchGo is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or contain errors. Our responsibility is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date here. Singapore law applies.
